**Welcome to Read to You 365!**
At Read to You 365, we uplift children of the African diaspora by sharing captivating stories from African American authors and the broader African diaspora. Our YouTube channel fills a void, celebrating the beauty and richness of African heritage. We believe every child deserves representation, to feel valued, and to be inspired to reach for their dreams.
Our goal is to help children love who they are, see God in themselves, and know they are loved. We emphasize their importance and value, inspiring them to appreciate books, dream big, and remember their worth. Every child of the African diaspora deserves to know they are wonderful, beautiful, important, and loved. They are what I call Young Scholars, reflected in our clothing company available on Etsy.
I create and produce all our videos, including voiceovers and photography. All merchandise on our Etsy page is my creation. I am also the creator of CJT Production, offering advertisement creation services. Join us on this journey of storytelling, growth, and empowerment. ABOUT US
Read to you 365 is a "read aloud" children’s book YouTube channel where I (Cristal J. Tejeda, content creator, producer, editor, host, CEO and President) read stories written by African American authors and other people of color for all children in the diaspora and the world to encourage, educate, entertain and enjoy. I read books about the human experiences, Afrocentric culture, heritage, and family dynamic, as well as books that will promote self-empowerment, knowledge of self, general education and more. My aim is to entertain, enlighten and inspire children of all ages, races, creed and cultures to love who they are, learn where we come from and know that there is a God who loves and appreciates who we are. Along with many fantasy/ fictional books I wish to help children find joy in reading.
